Astrid Camprubí, new CEO of Aqtiva Data Technologies

With 12 years of experience in the world of innovation and startups, Astrid Camprubí assumes the role of CEO of the startup Aqtiva Data Technologies, Mática Partners spin-off, to boost its growth at national and international level. Likewise, Luka Bontempi, Full Stack developer in the company since its creation, will become the new CTO.

Aqtiva, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data platform created to solve the Data Quality needs of companies, announces the incorporation of Astrid Camprubí as the new CEO of the startup.

Astrid Camprubí, who has more than 10 years of experience in the coordination and strategic development of emerging companies or startups, will be responsible for the management and coordination of all the activity of Aqtiva Data Technologies. Juan Ramón González, founder of Aqtiva, was clear about Astrid's fit within the team from the first meeting: "Astrid brings a lot of talent, energy and a vision that will greatly enrich Aqtiva. We were very clear that, given her experience, talent and attitude, she was the ideal person to take Aqtiva to a new level".

Camprubí says she enjoys working hard to achieve each objective in the projects she is involved in. She is passionate about working in multidisciplinary teams, defending strategies and doing what is necessary to achieve each business goal. In her professional career, she has teamed up with RedKey, where she held the position of CEO, also in ABF -Aplicaciones Biológicas y Funcionales, as Managing Director or in Huîtres Amélie, as International Development and e-Commerce Director, among other companies; where she worked to consolidate growth, profitability and long-term sustainability in each of them.

"I feel very fortunate to join Aqtiva and to be able to share this project with a team of leading professionals in the AI and Big Data sector. I want to recognize and value the work done by the Aqtiva team, in a complicated context, in which they have had to deal with the development and validation of the MVP in a pandemic situation. Also, Luka Bontempi Full Stack developer at Aqtiva since its inception at the end of 2020, will be the new CTO of the company, going on to develop, manage and maintain the technical strategy of the company. For this position, he will work closely with the new general management of the startup.

Both additions meet the objective of Aqtiva Data Technologies to boost its growth, expansion and development both nationally and internationally, where the startup already has some of its customers.
